How this archive works

This independent Chad Garber video archive uses the YouTube Data API to retrieve public channel, video, and playlist information. It displays public titles, descriptions, dates, view counts, and thumbnail URLs. It does not ask you to sign in to YouTube or grant access to your account.

When you browse

After you agree, the archive loads its public catalog from this site and thumbnail images from URLs supplied by YouTube. YouTube may receive your browser’s request for those images. Clicking a video takes you directly to YouTube, where YouTube’s own privacy practices apply. Search words are sent to this site to find matching videos; we do not build visitor profiles or use site-owned advertising or analytics.

The site’s hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. We do not offer visitor accounts or collect email addresses through this archive.

Your privacy choice

If you agree, an essential cookie named catalog_privacy_agreed remembers that choice for up to one year. It contains only the value “1,” not your name or email. You can reset it below or clear this site’s cookies in your browser. Resetting blocks catalog features again until you agree; it does not delete anything on YouTube.

Keeping the catalog current

The public catalog is refreshed daily. Older YouTube API information is rechecked within 30 days or removed from display. If a video is made private or deleted on YouTube, it will be removed from this archive after a successful check. This site does not host or download the videos.
